I am writing to you to put on record our appreciation of the excellent service which Leonard provided my father during his illness.

My father passed away on 4 June 2007 after returning home from Beaumont Hospital on being advised that he was terminally ill. Leonard looked after him for the four weeks up to the time of his passing. My father looked on him as his Guardian Angel during this time and he was an immense suport both to my father and to the rest of the family during his final days. Without him Dad would have been unable to fulfil his wish to die at home. I should be grateful if you would pass on our family's appreciation once again to Leonard. He is a very gifted individual in a carer capacity and we wish him every success for the future.

To whom it may concern

I have had a carer for 1 1/2 years. They have never had any problems with the company. They provided me with many things, such as tablets, my diabetes, putting me into bed, change my clothes, make my dinners, breakfast, also they walk as my legs can not stand properly, I need assistance to get my wheelchair.

I have a 24 hour service and this is second to none, which reassures me I am safe. All I need is pick up the phone and somebody will come to me.

I do not want to change this (company) as I am satisfied with every aspect that they provide to me.
